Those conditons should be part of any promise of lease:
- References and full credit check report from Equifax or Oligny and Thibodeau are required within five (5) days following an accepted Promise to Lease;
* No smoking, cannabis or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
*Pets are not allowed
*No Airbnb, short-term rentals or subletting
* The tenant agrees to review and respect the rules and regulations of the building
*Credit check required and approved by owner
* Move-in and check-out costs are the responsibility of the tenant
* First rent payable upon signing of the lease
*Tenant employment letter
*Renter must obtain and provide proof of renter's insurance covering up to 2
millions of dollars.

*The condo will be repainted at the owner's expense before occupancy
